Add a fillet of salmon to a large plate or bowl facing skin side up. Add about 1 cup of boiling water to the skin of the salmon. Wait about 30 seconds and then you can easily peel the skin off the salmon.
Remove the salmon fillet from the plate of water, use a sharp knife to slice the salmon into 1” cubes or bite sized pieces.
Add a drizzle or about 1 tbs of avocado oil and then your seasonings. Toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Add to a preheated air fryer 400 F for 6-8 minutes.
While your salmon is cooking, make your sauce by adding melted butter, honey, soy sauce and grated garlic to a small bowl, whisk.
Serve with your favorite rice & veggies & spoon over the sauce before serving!
Hint: You can also buy skinless salmon fillets if you would like or just keep the skin on if you prefer.
