Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove grated

Instructions

  • Add a fillet of salmon to a large plate or bowl facing skin side up. Add about 1 cup of boiling water to the skin of the salmon. Wait about 30 seconds and then you can easily peel the skin off the salmon.
  • Remove the salmon fillet from the plate of water, use a sharp knife to slice the salmon into 1” cubes or bite sized pieces.
  • Add a drizzle or about 1 tbs of avocado oil and then your seasonings. Toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Add to a preheated air fryer 400 F for 6-8 minutes.
  • While your salmon is cooking, make your sauce by adding melted butter, honey, soy sauce and grated garlic to a small bowl, whisk.
  • Serve with your favorite rice & veggies & spoon over the sauce before serving!
  • Hint: You can also buy skinless salmon fillets if you would like or just keep the skin on if you prefer.
