All you need to do is unwrap 2 baby teethers, lather about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each teething cracker. Sprinkle with about ⅛ teaspoon of chia seeds and hemp seeds.
Serve with 2 tbs of greek yogurt and some freshly cut berries of choice.

Hint: Don't add too much peanut butter on to your teething crackers beyond what is recommended in the recipe. The thickness of the peanut butter can be a choking hazard if too much is added on. Also, slice your berries according to your child's age to minimize choking hazards. You can refer to the solid starts website if you are not sure on how to serve certain foods to your baby.
