If you're looking for an easy, healthy and lazy breakfast that's perfect for busy mornings, look no further than this birthday cake pancake bowl! It's not only super easy to throw together, but it comes together in under 5 minutes from start to finish!
Add all of your ingredients except for the sprinkles into a medium bowl. Mix until everything is just combined. Make sure there are no dry flour spots.
Add your sprinkles on top after mixing the batter. Microwave for 50-65 seconds or until cooked through.
Top with greek yogurt, more sprinkles and maple syrup and serve!
Hint:Be careful not to overcook the pancake or it will dry out! Also make sure to only use water with the pancake mix.
I served my pancake with some greek yogurt, additional sprinkles and maple syrup!For additional protein, serve with nut butter or PB2. Feel free to add fruit for additional fiber as well!
