1Puff pastry sheetsliced into 24 pieces
7ozSmall brie roundsliced into 24 pieces
½cupFig jam or fig preserves
Cooking sprayI use avocado oil
Fresh rosemaryfor garnish

Prep your pastry cups. Preheat your oven to 425 F. Cut your puff pastry sheet into 24 squares (6 strips vertically, 4 horizontally). Place each square into a mini muffin tin and press gently so the bottom is flat.
Add the fillings. Add one small slice of brie (room temperature works best!) to each pastry cup. Spoon 1 teaspoon of sweet fig jam on top.
Bake until golden brown. Spray lightly with cooking spray and bake 10–12 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Use a metal spatula if any need help releasing!
Garnish and serve. Top with fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds for the prettiest color pop. Serve warm and watch everyone devour them!
