⅓cupquick oats
2tablespoonschia seeds
1teaspoonvanilla extractalcohol-free if serving to littles
1cupwhole milkor milk of choice
¼cupdark red cherries or tart cherriesfresh or frozen
½bananafresh or frozen

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a mason jar or small containers.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours until thick and pudding-like.
