Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein *
  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice *
  • 3 Small Frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cocoa Nibs Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a smoothie blender and blend on high for 1 minute, scrape the side using a rubber spatula and blend for an additional 20-30 seconds until everything is well combined. Serve and top with some additional hemp seeds, chia seeds and cocoa nibs, as desired.

-I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
