Pre-heat the oven to 350 F and set the rack to the middle position. Brown your lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7–10 minutes, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
In a casserole dish, combine the thawed broccoli, cooked ground beef mixture and creamy Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top for melty deliciousness!
Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, until melted cheese and creamy sauce are heated through and slightly golden brown around the edges. Optional red pepper flakes over the top for a tiny kick!
