Easy Banana Pancakes (Baby Led Weaning & Toddler Friendly)

These banana pancakes for babies and toddlers are SO easy to make, they're absolutely delicious and your littles will be sure to love them! This recipe, like most of my recipes, requires minimal ingredients and comes together in two easy steps.

  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mashed Ripened Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Almond Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Avocado Oil Spray

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl and until the batter is well combined.
  • Over medium heat, add a spritz of avocado oil spray and then add 1-2 tbs of batter per one pancake depending on desired size. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and set aside until you're ready to serve.
  • Add butter or nut butter of choice and a tad of maple syrup to the pancakes if desired or serve as is with some fresh fruit and yogurt.

Hint: Almond flour browns easily so make sure to watch your pancakes and flip them when they are ready so they don't burn!
