Equipment

  • 1 Small Pot

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Further Food Premium Gelatin Powder
  • 1 Cup 100% Pomegranate Juice

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of your favorite juice to a small to medium pan.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of the collagen powder to the juice. Let it sit on top, untouched for about 5 minutes or until the mixture starts to look like a brain and form waves.
  • Place the pot on a stove on low heat and use a ladle to mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Make sure not to let the mixture get too hot or begin to boil.
  • Remove the pan from the stove, let it cool down and then add it back to your liquid measuring cup.
  • Place your gummy molds onto a large baking sheet and then pour your jelly mixture on top. Try your best to evenly pour your mixture into the molds. After you have done this, take a butter knife and use the smooth edge and run it across your molds to try to evenly disperse the mixture.
  • Place this into a fridge to cool for about 1 hour. Pop your gummies out of your molds and enjoy!!!

Notes

Hint: You can store the leftovers in the fridge for up to a week! When you are ready to enjoy the gummies, it's best to let them sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes prior to consuming as this will make them more soft in texture!
