Ingredients
  

  • Cup Low-Fat Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Serve with:

  • Fresh Fruit such as fresh strawberries or apple slices
  • Cookies
  • Graham Crackers
  • Waffle Cones
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Cannoli Shells

Instructions
 

  • Add your low-fat ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste and 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips into a small bowl.
  • Mix throughly until everything is combined. Top with ½ tablespoon of additional mini chocolate chips. Serve with fruit, cookies or graham crackers. I love using strawberries!
