This healthy(ish) Mississippi pot roast is not only absolutely delicious but is SO easy to throw together on a busy week and requires just 5 ingredients. Set the crockpot and forget it until you're ready to serve! I suggest serving with some homemade mashed potatoes and a side salad for a balanced and delicious dish your whole family will love!
¾-1Packet Kinders Bone Broth GravyThis packet is used instead of the Au Jus Gravy Mix Packet.

2TablespoonsAvocado Oil
½Jar (8 ounces)Peperoncini Peppers Add more or less depending on desired spice level

Start by searing your chuck roast for about 5 minutes on each side on a large pan on medium heat.
Add your chuck roast to a crockpot. Add in ¾-1 packet of the classic bone broth gravy followed by ¾-1 packet of ranch seasoning or homemade ranch seasoning, depending on the amount of meat you have. Next, drizzle with avocado oil and then add in your pepperoncinis with some of the liquid from the jar.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours or until your meat is fork tender.
Shred your meat and serve over homemade mashed potatoes and with a side salad to add some more freshness and fiber to the dish!
