Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk or Milk of Choice
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Spirulina Powder
  • 1 Pitted Date

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend on high for one minute. Pour into your serving cup and enjoy!
