Equipment

  • Hand Frother or Milk Steamer

Ingredients

  • 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
  • 8 Ounces Water
  • ¼ Cup Milk of Choice
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Using the water and tea bag, brew a cup of hot earl grey tea according to your strength preference.
  • If you are using a hand frother: Add in your milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a separate cup or container. Give it a quick stir and heat according to preference. Once your mixture is heated through, use a hand frother to froth your milk for 5-10 seconds until there are a few but not many air bubbles incorporated. If you are using a milk steamer: add your milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup directly into the milk steamer and allow it to work until your mixture is heated through.
  • Pour your steamed milk on top of your brewed tea! Enjoy!
