Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Teaspoons Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ Teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Seasonal Fruits Served Separately

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients, except for the fruit, into a medium bowl and stir until the peanut butter mixes well into the yogurt.
  • Top with some additional hemp and chia seeds. Serve with some seasonal fruit on the side.
