Instructions
Open your can of biscuits. Using your hand, take one biscuit and pull it apart in the middle to make two thinner pieces of dough.
Open the container of mozzarella, drain the liquid, grab one cherry sized ball and place it in the middle of your dough. Fold the dough around the ball and roll it in your hands to make a stuffed dough roll.
Season with everything but the bagel seasoning, but try not to over season because the seasoning blend contains salt and will make the dough balls super salt. Roll the dough balls in the seasoning to help it stick.
Air Fry for 300 F for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
Hint: Since every air fryer is different, try checking in on your dough balls around the 14 minute mark, the top should be golden brown, but you will need to carefully open or slice into a roll to make sure that the inside of the dough is cooked through. If the dough appears sticky, place back in and air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.Hint: When you are making these rolls, make sure you try to get the mozzarella ball in the center as much as possible. Meaning, make sure the mozzarella ball is as evenly distributed with the biscuit dough as possible. This will help to make sure the rolls stay in tact while air frying and prevent the cheese from leaking out.You can store these rolls in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can also freeze these as well. All you need to do is place them in an air tight freezer zip lock bag for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy them, thaw them in the fridge overnight and air fry or microwave them to reheat.
