Superfood Smoothie

The most delicious superfood and antioxidant filled green smoothie possible. This smoothie contains cucumbers, apples, mango, kale, caulifower, ginger, banana, date, collagen peptides and almond milk.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ English Cucumber With Peel and Largely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Apple Cored and Largely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen Kale or 2 Cups Fresh Kale
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger Peeled
  • 1 Date
  • 4 Scoops Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon Spirulina

Instructions
 

  • Add all in the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

Notes

Please note, you should drink this smoothie almost immediately or it will settle. This smoothie has the components of a juice, however, the reason I recommend not straining it and drinking it like a smoothie is to get the benefits of the fiber!
If you're not a fan of pulp, this may not be the best smoothie for you!
