Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Trader Joe’s Fusili Chickpea Pasta
  • 1 container Trader Joe’s Bruschetta Sauce
  • 1 container Trader Joe’s Burrata
  • 1 package Trader Joe’s Marinated Pesto Chicken Breast
  • 4 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze

Optional:

  • Garnish with Chopped Basil or Parsley- for some added color and freshness

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook the Pasta- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Grill the Chicken- While the pasta cooks, heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the pesto chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice!
  • Step 3: Assemble the bowls: Start with a base of the cooked fusili pasta. Add sliced grilled chicken on top. Spoon over a generous scoop of bruschetta sauce. Nestle in half a ball of burrata per bowl. Finish with a big drizzle of balsamic glaze and a pinch of fresh herbs if you’re feeling fancy! Enjoy!
