12pitted Medjool dates
4ozfig and honey goat cheeseor any goat cheese
12Whole walnuts
2sprigs fresh rosemaryleaves only
6slicesturkey baconcut in half (for 12 pieces)

Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 400 F and set the rack to the middle position.
Prep the dates: Slice each date lengthwise with a small paring knife and remove the pit if necessary.
Stuff the dates: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese into each date. Add one walnut half and a couple of rosemary leaves on top of the cheese mixture.
Wrap and secure: Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake and drizzle: Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flip, then bake another 8 minutes until crispy. Remove from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, and serve warm.
