Ingredients
  

  • ½ Head of Lettuce Chopped
  • ¼ Medium Red Onion Chopped
  • ¼ Large English Cucumber Chopped
  • 4 Pieces Red Mini Peppers Chopped
  • 4 Medium Grape Tomatoes Chopped
  • 4 Chips Beer Pickles Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Banana Peppers Chopped
  • 4 Slices Mortadella Chopped
  • 4 Slices Pepperoni Chopped
  • 1 Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Mayo
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil optional
  • ½ Tablespoon Apple Cider or Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pickle Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients- Chop the lettuce, red onion, cucumber, mini peppers, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, deli meats, and cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  • Assemble the Salad- Add all ingredients to a large bowl or meal prep container.
  • Make the Dressing- Drizzle with avocado mayo, olive oil, vinegar, pickle seasoning or Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • Toss & Serve- Mix everything together until well coated and evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
