Balanced Bento Box Idea #1:Picnic Lunch
- 2 Slices Nitrate Free Deli Turkey
- 1 Ounce Mozzarella Cubes Full Fat
- 1 Mini Pepper Sliced
- 2 Medium Strawberries Sliced
- 2 Naan Dippers Everything Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Star Puffed Crackers
Balanced Bento Box Idea #2:
- 1 Mini Bagel Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Hummus
- ¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt + sprinkles (optional)
- ¼ Cup Peas Thawed
- 2 Tablespoons Amari Smoothie Melts
- 1 That's It Bar
Balanced Bento Box Idea #3: Star Themed
- 2 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Full Fat
- 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Chia Jam
- 2 Medium Strawberries
- ¼ Cup Star Puffed Crackers
- 4 Slices Cucumber Cut into Star Shapes
Balanced Bento Box Idea #4:
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
- ½ Cup Banza Mac and Cheese Cooked According to instructions on packaging.
- ½ Medium Kiwi Sliced
- ¼ Cup Cinnamon Sugar Stardust Balls
- 1 Mini Pepper Sliced
- 1 Cerebelly Smart Bar
Balanced Bento Box Idea #5:
- ½ Cup Organic Morning O's
- 1 8 Oz Container Organic Whole Milk
- ¼ Cup Blueberries
- 1 Mini Red Pepper Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Freeze Dried Strawberries
Instructions
Bento Box #1:
- Grab your ant accessories, add in your turkey slices and then your cubed mozzarella. Repeat and then assemble remainder of the lunch box as seen in the picture.
Bento Box #2:
- Add an even layer of hummus inside the mini bagel and then cut into small slices depending on your child's age. Assemble the remainder of the lunch box as seen in the picture .
Bento Box #3:
- Add an even layer of cream cheese to one side of your bread and then a thin layer of chia jam on top. Press your sandwich together and use a star shaped cutter and press to make a star shaped uncrustable. Use your fruit and veggie cutters to cut your cucumbers into star shapes and assemble the remainder of the lunch box as seen in the picture.
Bento Box #4:
- Make your boxed mac and cheese according to the instructions on the packaging. Scoop out your desired serving size and then add pumpkin puree for additional vitamins and nutrients. Serve in a pre-heated thermos (add boiling water to the thermos and let sit for 10 minutes, dump the water, wipe and add in your desired food) in the Omie box. Assemble the remainder of your lunch box as seen in the picture.
Bento Box #5:
- Assemble your lunch box as seen in the picture. When ready to serve, ask the teacher to help pour in the milk into the thermos to make "cereal" for lunch.
