- Creamy Peanut Butter

Instructions
- Set your baking rack to the middle position and preheat your oven to 350 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add in your creamy peanut butter, sugar and egg and mix until everything is well combined. I would recommend using a kitchenaid mixer if available so that everything is well combined.
- Once your base is mixed through, add in your dark chocolate peanut gems and mix into the dough with a rubber spatula until the gems are evenly distributed.
- Scoop a spoonful of dough and roll into a ball, placing it on a non-stick baking sheet. Repeat until done, use your fingers to slightly pat down and flatten the cookie balls. Bake for 8-9 minutes or until the bottoms of the cookies are nice and golden brown.
- Remove cookies from baking sheet and place on cooling rack for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
Hint: Line baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easier.

- Peanut free– use peanut butter alternatives, like soy butter or almond butter, if you have a peanut allergy or do not like peanut butter. You can also substitute the Unreal dark chocolate peanut gems with chocolate chips or the Unreal crispy quinoa gems to make this recipe peanut free.
- Chocolate Chips– You can feel free to substitute the Unreal dark chocolate peanut gems with your favorite chocolate chips!
