Substitutions
- Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage – feel free to substitute for a non-Trader Joe’s chicken sausage such as Aidells or whatever you can find at your local grocery store!
- Trader Joe’s Holiday Hash – feel free to look up the ingredients in the holiday hash and make your own combination! You may also use brussels sprouts or another non-starchy fall vegetable of choice.

- Vegetarian– substitute the chicken sausage for great northern beans or cannelini beans to make this recipe vegetarian.
