This gut friendly green glow smoothie is the easiest and most convenient way to add in some fruit and vegetable servings, fiber and nutrients. This smoothie makes for the easiest breakfast or post workout snack and it’s not only refreshing but absolutely delicious and convenient to take with you on the go in a Yeti! This green smoothie is perfect for you if you’re looking for something quick and healthy for your family.
Smoothies tend to be more popular in the spring and summer months when the weather is warmer and the fruits and vegetables used most often are in season. However, I personally feel like this green glow smoothie is a perfect nutrient dense breakfast that you can enjoy year round and its great for your microbiome!
This smoothie was inspired by my easy superfood smoothie recipe.
