These air-fryer salmon bites with a soy garlic butter glaze are a mouthwatering delight. The star of the show is the soy sauce garlic butter, which adds an irresistible umami depth to each bite and takes this dish to a new level. The salmon comes out tender and is cooked to perfection. Serve these salmon bites with some non-starchy vegetables such as shredded carrots, cabbage and edamame as well as a starch or a starchy vegetable of choice such as rice to make this dish a balanced, healthy and filling meal.

These air fryer salmon bites with a soy garlic butter glaze are a versatile dish that can be enjoyed year-round. However, they truly shine during the spring and summer seasons. The light and fresh flavors of salmon, combined with the savory soy garlic butter glaze make this dish perfect for al fresco dining and gatherings during warmer months.

Delish! My family loved it! We eat salmon often, and I have never prepared in the air fryer. The glaze on the salmon made this a real hit with my picky eaters. Thank you.
Really enjoying all of your recipes!
