These Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts are the perfect blend of spicy and sweet. They’re absolutely delicious and they’re SO easy to make. You can either serve them as an impressive appetizer or you can elevate your weeknight dinner by serving them as a side. Obviously, they are vegetables, which contributes to their health factor. However, these Brussels Sprouts are also made with an air fryer, which provides them with the perfect crunch and crispness without all the added oil from being fried, which makes them healthy!
This appetizer or side dish is honestly perfect to enjoy year round. It’s especially wonderful during the fall or winter when the brussels sprouts are harvested and most fresh!

Storage
The texture and crispness of the brussels sprouts changes as the sauce begins to soak in. So although you may store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, I recommend to enjoy them fresh.
Top tip
Don’t drizzle your sauce over the brussels sprouts until you are ready to serve them to make sure that the brussels stay extra crispy otherwise, they will start to get soggy.
