Easy iced Spanish latte made with espresso, milk, and condensed milk. A creamy, sweet coffee drink ready in just 5 minutes.

Equipment

  • Espresso machine, moka pot, or coffee maker
  • Tall glass
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Measuring spoons
  • Milk frother (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup low-fat lactose-free milk I like Fairlife for extra protein or milk of choice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add Base: Add 1–2 tablespoons of condensed milk and a dash of cinnamon to a tall glass.
  • Brew Espresso: Brew a double shot of espresso directly over the condensed milk and cinnamon.
  • Mix: Stir well until fully combined.
  • Add Milk: Pour in your milk and mix again.
  • Add Ice: Top with ice cubes.
  • Finish and enjoy! Optional: sprinkle extra cinnamon on top and enjoy.
