These banana pancakes for babies and toddlers are SO easy to make, they’re absolutely delicious and your littles will be sure to love them! This recipe, like most of my recipes, requires minimal ingredients and comes together in two easy steps.
These easy banana pancakes are perfect for breakfast. You can smear a thin layer of peanut or almond butter for some healthy fats and nutrients. Add some greek yogurt for protein and some fruit for fiber as pictured above. You are also able to serve these plain banana pancakes as a snack.

Ingredients
- Mashed ripened bananas
- Eggs
- Almond Flour
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until your batter is well combined.
- Over medium heat, add some avocado oil spray and then add 1-2 tbs of batter per one pancake depending on desired size. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and set aside until you’re ready to serve.
- Add butter or nut butter of choice and a tad of maple syrup to the pancakes if desired or serve as is with some fresh fruit and yogurt.
Hint: Almond flour browns easily so make sure to watch your pancakes closely and flip them when they are ready so they don’t burn!

- Vegan or Egg Allergy Friendly– You can use a flax egg to make this recipe vegan ( Mix 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal + 2.5 tablespoons of water in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes to thicken).

You can store these easy banana pancakes in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
You can freeze these pancakes for up to 3 months. Grab a freezer zip lock bag, place your pancakes in (make sure they are fully cooled) and remove as much air as possible before placing them in the freezer.
