This one pan lemon herb salmon with brussels sprouts is out of this world! This recipe exemplifies the epitome of easy yet gourmet cooking, as salmon fillets mingle with the vibrant zesty lemon and aromatic herbs, all harmoniously prepared in a single pan. This one pan meal will take your busy weeknight dinners to the next level with minimal effort and will have your family asking for more!

This is a photo of the easy one pan lemon herb salmon dinner. It pictures a top view of the salmon with an herby toping, lemon slice and brussels with a fork cutting into the one pan meal.

Best savored during the warmer months, this one pan lemon herb salmon encapsulates the essence of spring and summer on a plate. The light and refreshing flavors of lemon and herbs perfectly complement bright days and outdoor gatherings.

This one pan meal inspired by my one pan lemon chicken orzo on this site, and pairs well with rice or roasted potatoes.
