Ingredients
Here’s everything you need to make my frozen yogurt bark recipe:

- Cocowhip, thawed – Secret ingredient which adds a fluffy, creamy texture! It makes the yogurt bark light and dreamy instead of icy.
- Vanilla Greek yogurt – I used Oikos Triple Zero for a higher protein option and subtle sweetness. You can sub with plain Greek yogurt or full-fat yogurts too!
- Cherry pomegranate chia jam – I used Smash Foods brand, but any chia jam, regular jam, or homemade chia jam works. Adds bold fruity flavor and satisfying texture!
- Freeze-dried strawberries – A fun way to add a satisfying crunch and natural sweetness. Sub with fresh berries or fresh strawberries if you prefer!
Instructions

- Step 1: Mix it up: In a large bowl, mix the thawed Cocowhip and Greek yogurt until fully combined and smooth.

- Step 2: Spread it out: Line a quarter sheet pan or baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread into an even layer.

- Step 3: Swirl in the jam: Dollop tablespoons of your chia jam all across the yogurt mixture. Use a fork or toothpick to swirl it in—it doesn’t have to be perfect!
- Step 4:Top it off: Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries (or fresh fruit) all over the top.

5. Step 5: Freeze: Place the whole tray in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.
6. Step 6: Slice and serve: Once frozen, use a sharp knife to slice into small pieces or big squares—however you like it!
