    This loaded yogurt bowl is perfect for a baby led weaning and toddler breakfast. It takes moments to put this meal together and provides your little ones with the nutrients that they need to grow and thrive.

    Ingredients

    • Greek Yogurt
    • Peanut Butter
    • Hemp Seeds
    • Chia Seeds
    • Seasonal Fruit of Choice

    Instructions

    1. Add all of your ingredients, except for the fruit, into a medium bowl and stir until the peanut butter mixes well into the yogurt.
    2. Top with some additional hemp and chia seeds. Serve with some seasonal fruit on the side.

    Substitutions

    • Peanut Butter – You can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or sun or pumpkin seed butter to make this recipe nut free.
    • Dairy-Free/ Vegan -You can substitute for a plant based yogurt to make this recipe dairy-free and vegan.

    This recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian.

    All you need for this baby led weaning and toddler recipe is a small bowl or an EZPZ mat for serving.
